Just another day...

One word left over from yesterday, owie!

I went down to my in-laws with astralfire yesterday and helped them roof. Like when we were doing my roof, my job is to move the shingles from point A to point B so they can be hoisted onto the roof. Sometimes, it's my job to hoist them up there.

The group of us have been doing this so long we are getting damn professional at it! I think I actually only had work to do for about 4 hours. They only did one side of the roof, since they only had one day to work on it. This means it will probably be two more weekends of working on their roof. Of course, next week they will be working without us.

This also means it will be at least three more weeks before I get a front deck/stairway. Still it could be worse, the old one (which was hazardous to the health of the public) could still be there!

I was still pretty exhausted by the time we got home last night. I had wanted to watch the season premiere of The Lyon's Den, unfortunately I fell asleep before it came on. And then, of course, I woke up right after it ended! D'OH!!

Did anyone watch it? Is it worth my time? Got a spare copy of it on video??

My son's home sick today, so no errand running, and no going swimming today. I am going to Tai Chi tonight after astralfire gets home. Yay!

I think I will be able to get some work done on my manga, since my son mostly just needs sleep. We will see how that goes though!

Hell On Earth - what a fitting name.

New Law Passed to Block Concert Suicide

Just when I thought that there was a glimer of hope that Hell On Earth's 15 minutes had come and gone, and that MAYBE, just maybe some law official had found a way to convict them and put them away permenantly, I see they are out and about and up to their same old selves.

There's so much I could say about all of this, but truly I am sick beyond words at the moment.
