Rolling Right Along
Sep. 30th, 2003 02:43 pmI had a fantastic time at Tai Chi last evening. I really feel so peaceful when I am in my Tai Chi class.
After that, I headed out to the Marietta Diner and hung out with
chalice66 until around 6:00 am! This always seems to happen when she and I are just hanging out together. Not that I am complaining, mind you.
During the course of the evening, she asked if I would be willing to become her workout partner. I was absolutely thrilled! I don't mind working out by myself, but I like having someone with me. It makes the time not seem to fly by. I don't think we are going to start until after I get back from Las Vegas this weekend, still, I am so excited about it that I want to hurry up and be back!
gossamyrrh is suppose to be coming over this afternoon to go swimming with me, but she called a while ago and said that with the massive accident that's shut down I-75 she might not make it. I told her I would rather have her late than never. Plus, I would love for her to go to Border Pagans with me tonight, even if it does mean we will be late getting there.
Sometime this week, I have got to write and have notarized a letter granting temporary custody and decision making for my son's well-being to my brother who is coming to take care of him while we are gone. This is something I have always done since he was a small baby. If I ever leave Blake in the care of another person, even if only for a day, I write a letter, granting the person he will be with temporary custody for the dates involved, clearly stating it is only from date A to date B. I do this so that in case there is any sort of emergency, and for some reason, his father and I can not be reached, the person I have entrusted with his care can be sure that he gets immediate care.
Most people regard this as over protective. I see it as being responsible. Even if it is a pain to find a notary sometimes.
