Ok, so while eating breakfast this morning and web surfing, I found something that, for me, is very useful.

FitDay - Online Diet & Fitness Manager

The above is a link to a website that offers a free online diet and fitness manager. Similar to a journal, once you set up your free account, you can customize foods and activities, and it allows you to enter the food you eat that day, the activities you do, and it tracks the calories you have taken in (and breaks them down into what those calories consisted of), as well as tracking the calories you burned and how you burned them. It also allows you to set up nutritional goals (say you know you need more calcium in your diet, or less sugar), as well as weight loss goals. Then it provides reports based off the information you have provided.

I have been looking for a software program that would do all of this for a really long time, and poof, found one online for free! :D

I don't know if any of you have been looking for something like that, or even care, but I thought I would let you know that it's a pretty comprehensive and easy to understand/navigate site, just in case you are.
