Don't have the energy to say more than, "It's back" and if it is allowed to happen, I will be more ashamed than ever to call myself a United States Citizen.
Actually I don't see it as being all too bad. A little twisted, sure. But if it helps with being able to predict certain events in a highly volatile region allowing us (or someone else) to step in and remedy it then all in all it's a good thing.
I don't liken it to a dead pool, this seems to have a virtuous goal associated with it.
